We’ve teamed up with Yves Minten – Team One Fitness to bring you a fun, friendly outdoor bootcamp session designed just for singles.

What to Expect:
💦 A beach bootcamp session that’s all about teamwork, encouragement, and laughs — no intense drill sergeants here!
A quick waiver to sign before starting (don’t worry, we’ll make it super easy).
Complimentary bottle of water included.
No apps, no speed dating, no name tags — just real, easygoing conversations while moving and having fun.
Each group will have its own friendly host to help kick off the mingling and get everyone feeling welcome.
After your workout, we’ll head to a nearby café where you can grab a coffee if you like and keep the conversation flowing in a relaxed setting.
Each session includes:
Initial mingling and getting ready
45 minute bootcamp session on the beach
Proceed to mingle at a nearby café
Session Times:
Please arrive 1 hour before your session to check in, check waivers, and start meeting people!
9:00 AM – 9:45 AM: 40–50 years (arrive at 8)
10:00 AM – 10:45 AM: 30–40 years (arrive at 9)
11:00 AM – 11:45 PM: Under 30s (arrive at 10)

Walk near the skate park down the second ramp onto the beach – we train on the left hand side. We usually have our orange Team One Fitness flag on the beach.
