What to Expect:
We’re taking over the main bar at Jams — Newcastle’s iconic Japanese-style karaoke spot — for a night of singing, sipping, and meeting fun new singles
No speed dating, no apps, no name tags — just the perfect setting to meet like-minded singles in a fun, relaxed way
Expect good vibes, cheeky duets, and a little bit of chaos (the good kind). The courtyard’s there if you need a breather, but the fun is inside. 🧡
In case of rain, we’ll move into the private karaoke rooms for shelter. If it stays dry and you’d like to book a private room on the night, that’s totally possible — just note there’ll be an extra cost. Your ticket covers the main bar karaoke only.
Everyone is attending because they are single and want to meet someone! 😌
A warm host will check you in, be there to facilitate the mingling, and kick off our mini icebreaker games once everyone’s settled
After that it’s natural mingle vibes – we keep it as organic as possible! ✨
Time: 7-10pm – be there at 7:30pm to guarantee entry!
Ages: 25-35 (we allow a little buffer either side, so if you just miss the cut-off – don’t worry!
