We monitor ticket sales closely and pause sales for one gender if one gender sells a lot more than the other.
Are your events queer friendly ?
Yes they are — we have LGBTQ+, Gay, Lesbian & Bi-Sexual specific events.
How do I dress ?
Dress like you are going on a first date in a bar
I bought a ticket but can't attend anymore. What do I do ?
Tickets are non-refundable, however you can transfer them or get a credit for a future event of your choice.
What do Early Bird / 2nd Release tickets mean?
Early Bird tickets reward people who book early and help us manage numbers.
Sometimes Early Bird tickets are limited and sell out well in advance; other times they remain available.
Later releases are the same event and experience — just a higher price for booking closer to the date.
Can I attend if I’m outside the age group?
Yes — age ranges are a guide only.
Bracketed events (e.g. 25–35, 35–45): we allow a 5-year buffer either side.
“Over” events (e.g. Over 30, Over 40, Over 50): no upper age limit.
If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out before booking.
Can I attend alone ?
Of course! The idea of our events is to MEET new people — whether it is someone special — or new friends along the way!
What happens at the events ?
It’s just like a normal bar but filled with single people! Our events don’t include speed dating, name tags or questionnaires.
We have hosts on the night to guide icebreakers and encourage mingling, but we keep things natural—creating an old-school, organic way to meet singles!
I saw someone at the event but didn’t get their details — can you help?
Yes. Email us with the event name and a brief description.
We’ll reach out on your behalf — and only if they consent, we’ll pass on details.
Why do the comments and likes look one-sided on social media?
Likes and comments don’t reflect attendance.
Men and women often see different ads, and one group may engage more publicly while the other books quietly.
Attendance is based on ticket sales, not social engagement.
How do you balance the gender ratios?
We monitor ticket sales closely and may pause sales for one gender if bookings become uneven. While we do our best, we can’t control last-minute cancellations or who shows up on the day, so exact ratios can’t be guaranteed.

Nope! Just visit our website, buy your ticket, and it’ll be emailed straight to you.

Not right now — you’ll need to buy tickets individually for each event.
My promo code isn’t working — why?
It may have expired or be invalid. Send us a quick message and we’ll check it for you.
It says ‘Sold Out’ or ‘Join Waitlist’ — what does that mean?
That means the current ticket allocation has been exhausted. You can join the waitlist in case new spots open up!
